LEMON BARS 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour

Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix sugar and flour together. Mix into the butter in the pan and pat into a "crust". Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2 c. reg. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs; then beat all ingredients together. Pour over "crust" and bake again at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle additional powdered sugar over top. Makes 30 bars. Quick and easy - and delicious (very sweet).
