8 to 12 potatoes, peel, cook & mash with no milk

Mix with:

1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Dash of garlic salt
Pepper

Put in cake pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
