CINNAMON SNAILS 
4 slices wheat or white bread
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft-style cream cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Trim crust from bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Roll up bread slices. Cut each roll into thirds.

Stir sugar and cinnamon until mixed. Dip each piece into butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mix. Do not dip ends. Place rolls on baking sheet seam side down.

Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes until light brown and crisp. Serve warm or cool. Makes 12.
