MARINARA SAUCE 
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 can tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of sugar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pkg. spaghetti

In large skillet heat olive oil. Saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and liquid, breaking up tomatoes with a fork. cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, oregano, pepper, sugar and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Meanwhile in large saucepot cook spaghetti, drain. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.
