PIG EARS
2 lbs. pork breakfast chops, sliced very thin
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. Town House crackers, crushed
2 eggs
Water
2 tbsp. sugar
Oil for frying

Slice chops into small pieces, 2 inches in diameter. (They will end up being sort of triangular shapes and look like pigs ears.) Marinate in next 3 ingredients overnight or at least 2 hours. Mix eggs, water and 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl, beat. Dip each pork piece in cracker crumbs, then in egg, then in crackers again. Add to hot oil and deep fry about 3 to 4 minutes (until golden brown). Remove to drain.
