PICKLED STEAK 
Round steak, 1/4" thick, cut into rectangles 1/2"x2"-3" long
Dill pickles, cut 1/4-1/2 thick
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pickle juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Toothpicks

Roll steak around pickles, secure with toothpicks. Roll in flour. Brown in oil or butter. Remove steak. Save drippings. To drippings in pan add catsup and sauces. This should be thin. Pour over meat in large oven dish. Juice should cover meat. Add pickle juice if needed. Bake 2 hours at 250-300 degrees or cook in a crock pot 6-8 hours. Juice makes gravy for mashed potatoes.
