White sandwich bread
Small Kosher pickles
Soft cream cheese, room temperature

Trim crust from bread; roll flat with rolling pin (or glass). Drain pickles. Spread thin layer of creamed cheese on bread. Lay pickle on each slice. Roll up like jelly roll. Chill 2 hours. Slice thin. Arrange on tray. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
