BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk

Make and set aside.

Cook 4 slices bacon and crumble, 1/2 pound or 1 jar dried beef, 1 to 2 small cans mushrooms (optional). Stir bacon and beef into sauce. Scramble 16 eggs in 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup milk. Layer eggs and white sauce ending with white sauce. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
