BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. conf. sugar
2 eggs
1 can drained crushed pineapple
2 to 3 sliced bananas
1 pt. whipped cream cherries and nuts, optional

Press mix graham crackers and 1/4 pound butter into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat 1/2 pound butter, confectioners sugar and eggs for 5 minutes. Spread on top of crackers. Place pineapple and bananas on top of this. Whip cream and spread over fruit. Sprinkle with cherries and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
