1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomato and green chilies
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 med. onion, grated
1 tsp. chili powder or chili mix
1 lg. chicken or 4 or 5 chicken breasts, boiled
Doritos

Mix the 2 soups and tomatoes, cutting up tomatoes. Add onion and chili powder along with 1 cup cheese. Line bottom of baking dish with 3/4 cup Doritos. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and add the soup mixture. Pour mixture over Doritos. Put remaining cup of Doritos and remaining cheese on top of mixture. Cover and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly hot through and through. Put a few pimentos on top. Good!
