BOMBAY CHICKEN 
8 lg. pieces frying chicken
Salt, paprika, flour and oil for frying
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 tsp. sesame seed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse and dry chicken pieces. Season with salt and paprika; sprinkle with flour. Brown on both sides with hot oil. Remove pieces to casserole or baking pan.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover pan, and bake until tender, about 45 minutes to an hour. Makes 4 generous servings. Great with curried rice.
