CRAB SOUP 
1 dozen crabs or appendages, cooked or 1 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
3 stalks of celery, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Water
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes and juice or 2 (1 lb.) cans of stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste

Put crabs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients except mixed vegetables and Tobasco sauce. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Check seasonings and then add Tabasco sauce for a hotter taste. Skim any foam that may have formed.

Add mixed vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes longer.

NOTE: 1 pound crab meat may be substituted for crabs. If using crab meat, add 2-4 cups water.
