HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 cans Carnation milk
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. half and half

Beat eggs well and chill with sugar and Carnation milk. Add vanilla, salt and half and half. Pour in a container and follow ice cream makers directions. For banana ice cream, put 1/2 cup ripened, crushed bananas and omit the vanilla.
