1-2 lb. steak, tender steak
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Italian cheese
2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced sm.
Dry parsley

Put all together in mixing bowl and mix well with hand. Lay steak out, flat and fill with the mixed stuffing then wrap steak up keeping it closed with toothpicks. Brush steak all over with oil. This can be cooked in oven until done or barbecued.
