PUMPKIN CRISP 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. nuts
2 sticks butter, melted & cooled

Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon and pour in pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this. Next sprinkle nuts. Spoon butter over nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine ingredients and spread over pan.
