PARSLIED POTATOES 
1 c. Whishbone Italian dressing
1/4 c. finely chopped parley
1 tsp. thyme leaves
Pepper
2 lbs. potatoes

Cut potatoes in large chunks. In shallow baking pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and coat thoroughly. Bake at 400 degrees 1 hour; stir occasionally.
