WILD RICE AND TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
1 c. wild rice, uncooked 2 c. celery, chopped (4 stalks) 1 (8 oz.) chopped mushrooms 4 c. diced turkey 1/4 c. onion 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. water 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup Cook rice according to package directions (UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice). In large skillet add celery, mushrooms, onion, turkey and butter. Cook, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Combine rice, soy sauce, soup and water with turkey mixture, stirring to mix well. Pour into casserole dish and cover and bake. 350 degrees - 2 hours - 2 quart casserole. |
