GRAM'S APPLE CRISP 
2 c. apples
2 tbsp. water
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg

Mix apples (sliced and peeled) with sugar. Put in buttered pan and sprinkle water over them. Mix until crumbly Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon and beaten eggs. Sprinkle over fruit and dot with butter. (You can sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over top if you'd like.) Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
