4 to 5 lb. pork roast 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. tomato catsup 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. red pepper Mix all ingredients in covered vessel and place pork in center. Cover and cook in oven at 350 degrees until pork is tender. Let cool and trim off any fat. Use 2 forks and shred pork and leave in sauce. |
