INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shells or elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. canned spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Dash pepper
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain macaroni. Brown first 3 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook spinach per directions on package. Drain. Reserve liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid, shredded cheeses, eggs, bread crumbs, and oil to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings
