INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato puree
1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Creamettes
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon off fat. Cook frozen spinach. Drain some liquid. Add water to make one cup; mix with tomato paste, puree and spaghetti sauce. Add to meat and simmer 10 minutes. Cook Creamettes and drain. Add drained spinach, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, oil, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Place macaroni mixture in bottom of 9x13 or two 8x8 inch pans. Pour sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes. May be cooked half way; frozen; then heated through to serve.
