CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower 1 c. water 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs 1/3 c. minced green pepper 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cook cauliflower in 1 cup boiling water until crispy tender; drain. Combine with next 4 ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Spread top with sour cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Also sprinkle some paprika over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. |
