CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 cut up fryer chicken (2 1/2 - 3 lbs.)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Dry chicken with paper towels. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken lightly. Brown on all sides. Remove from pan. Add onions and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add chicken pieces; simmer 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Turn pieces occasionally. 4 to 6 servings.
