POUR PIZZA CRUST 
2 1/2 lbs. flour
6 2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. salt
20 eggs
5 1/3 tsp. chili powder

Combine flour, salt and chili powder, beaten eggs and milk. Mix until smooth. Grease and flour 4 pans 18x26. Dust with cornmeal. Pour 1 quart batter into each pan. Batter will be thin consistency. Bake 425 about 8 to 10 minutes.

PIZZA TOPPING:

8 to 10 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 qts. tomato paste
6 lbs. grated cheese

Bake 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees. 50 servings.
