CHERRY DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. of graham crackers
1/2 c. softened butter
1 pkg. small marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Crush graham crackers and mix with butter. Place half in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Whip the cream and sugar and fold in marshmallows. Spread half over the graham cracker crust. Next spread on the cherry pie filling. Add the remaining cream mixture. Then sprinkle the rest of the graham cracker crumbs on top. Chill well.
