BLUEBERRY FLIP 
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1 egg
3/4 c. canned or cooked fresh blueberries with syrup
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream

In a chilled bowl whip cream with electric mixer until it will hold soft peaks. Set aside. Put egg, blueberries, sugar and milk in blender. Cover and run on speed 7 or high until very smooth. Pour carefully over whipped cream and gently fold together. Pour into 6 glasses. Top each with a scoop of ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
