MARY'S BREAKFAST EGG BRUNCH | |
12 slices of bread Thin crust and butter on one side only. 1 lb. sausage (cook and drain) 12 oz. sharp cheese 6 eggs 3 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Place 6 pieces of bread buttered side down in 13x9 pan. Spread sausage over. Shred cheese and spread over sausage. Place 6 pieces of bread butter side up. Beat eggs, add milk and salt to eggs and pour over bread. Cover and leave overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 in uncovered dish for 45 minutes. |
