2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mini chocolate chips

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients together; set aside. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Mix in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream. Beat well. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes after sprinkling each muffin with topping. Makes 12 muffins.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients together.
