1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Saute celery, onions and butter. Grease 2 quart 9" casserole. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir and bake 45 minutes more. Total baking time, 1 1/2 hours.
