MOM'S APPLE CRISP 
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
2 tbsp. water
1/2-1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted

Place fruit in greased oblong or square pan. Sprinkle water and sugar over fruit. Mix Bisquick, cinnamon and sugar together. Beat egg thoroughly. Pour beaten egg over Bisquick mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Pour melted butter over that. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
