CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts, poached and cubed
2 sticks butter, melted
16 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb flavored stuffing
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. poaching liquid

Combine stuffing and butter. Put 3/4 in greased casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
