MEATBALL YUMMIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. Prime Choice Steak Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/3 c. steak sauce

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and 2 tablespoons steak sauce. Mix and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet. Drain all fat from skillet.

Combine steak sauce, brown sugar and butter; put over meatballs in skillet. Turn until all balls are coated. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes on low fire. Makes 2 dozen.
