CHICKEN SALAD 
6 chicken breasts
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. seedless grapes (optional)
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. lite mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sweet salad pickles

Cook chicken breasts; separate meat from bones and skin and chop fine. Combine all ingredients and serve on crisp lettuce with hot rolls or crackers.
