CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
4 oz. (4 sqs.) semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 env. whipped topping (Dream Whip)

CRUST:

1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

To prepare Crust: Mix crust ingredients together and press into 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool.

To prepare Filling: Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk until chocolate melts. Beat sugar into cream cheese. Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Prepare topping according to package directions and fold into chocolate mixture, mixing well until smooth. Spoon into crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
