2 c. soda
1 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cold water

Mix until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until like mashed potatoes. Put in plate and cover with damp cloth to cool. Cut with cookie cutters and put in hanger hooks or string. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Turn oven off when you put in dough. Leave in oven for 1/2 hour. Paint with water colors or paint. Cover with jewelry or glitter. Don't hang for 24 hours.
