PEPPED UP POTATO SALAD 
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions and tops
5 c. diced cooked (cold) potatoes
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 hard boiled eggs

Soak mustard seed and celery seed in vinegar (several hours or overnight, if possible). Combine seed mixture with salt and green onion. Add potatoes and mix lightly. Add mayonnaise and 2 chopped eggs; toss to mix. Chill thoroughly. Trim with hard cooked egg wedges and green onions. Makes 6 servings.
