TACO DIP A LA STEPH 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese (softened)
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 pack taco seasoning
1 jar salsa (I use medium depending or how spicy you want it)
1 bag shredded cheese
Bag of your favorite tortilla chips
Optional add ins: black beans, corn, olives

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream plus taco seasoning in a bowl.

Once blended spread in 13x9 baking sheet (set aside)

Next brown meat (season to taste) until cooked then DRAIN! Add salsa and mix together then spread meat mixture over cheese and sour cream.

Sprinkle shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crispy.

Finally ENJOY with tortilla chips :)
