FETTUCCINE SCIVE-SCIVE
(SHOOAY-SHOOAY)
 
2 c. peeled chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)
6 tbsp. unsalted butter
Basil to taste
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
Fettuccine for 4, cooked
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add fettuccine and toss well, add cheese and toss well. Serve immediately.
