LAYERED SALAD 
4 c. coleslaw mix (or 3 c. shredded cabbage and 1 c. shredded carrots)
4 c. cauliflower or broccoli flowerettes (or both)
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
3 green onions, chopped

In 13 x 9 inch baking dish, layer coleslaw mix, broccoli flowerettes, kidney beans, and peas. In food processor or blender, combine mayonnaise and tomatoes; process until smooth. Spread mayonnaise mixture over salads. Top with cheese and green onions. Chill, covered, at least 8 hours. Makes 12 servings.

Someone with time to kill usually wants to kill it with someone who hasn't.
