EGG OMELET 
5 slices bread in 1 inch square brown cut off (buttered)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3/4 lb. longhorn cheese (grated)

Place bread squares in greased pan. Mix milk, eggs, salt. Spread cheese over bread, pour mixture over cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour (45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered).
