EGG BEET SALAD 
8 1/2 oz. can sliced beets
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 hard cooked eggs
1 sm. sliced onion (cut in rings)

Stir together beet juice, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add cooked eggs. Top with onion rings and beets. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
