SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/4 c. or 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar Weight Watchers spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. (7 oz. box) thin spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
12 oz. ground turkey, veal or chicken
1 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Cook spaghetti. Stir in butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 9 inch pie dish sprayed with Pam. Spread cottage cheese next. In a skillet cook turkey, onion and green pepper until tender and brown. Drain. Stir in sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic. Heat thoroughly, pour over cottage cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese melts (5 to 7 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
