2/3 c. water
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg white

Mix all ingredients, except egg white, until you get the lumps out. Beat the egg white until stiff then fold the mixture into the egg. Dip shrimp or onion rings and fry in deep oil.
