STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 tbsp. cornstarch (level)
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
3 drops red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries
Whipped cream

Cook together cornstarch, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Let thicken slightly; add Jello and food coloring. Cool. Pour over strawberries and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Serve with whipped cream.

I have also used fresh raspberries, with raspberry Jello; fresh blueberries with blackberry Jello; and peaches with peach Jello.
