STRAWBERRY BROWNIE TORTE 
1 lg. brownie mix
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 oz.) frozen non-dairy topping, thawed
1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled & sliced

Grease two 9 inch round layer cake pans. Line with wax paper, extending up sides of pans; grease wax paper. Prepare brownie mix as directed for cake like brownies; pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Cool.

In large mixing bowl mix Eagle Brand milk and water; beat in pudding mix. Chill for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Place one brownie layer on serving plate. Top with half of the pudding mixture and strawberries. Place other layer on top and put remaining pudding mixture and strawberries on top. Keep in refrigerator.
