BRISKET WITH BBQ SAUCE 
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. pepper

Line 9x12 pan with foil. Put brisket in fat side down.

Mix all ingredients together. Smear mixture on top and sides of brisket. Marinate in pan overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 hours. Lay foil over top (make ridges in foil).

If getting done too fast, seal foil or take it out of oven. If not getting done fast enough, turn up heat to 350 or 375 degrees (add a little water if needed). One hour before eating add BBQ sauce and continue to bake.

BBQ SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3-6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix together all ingredients. To serve, cut meat against grain.
