CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDE BROWNIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Nut for top
Chocolate chips for top

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Combine brown sugar, eggs and butter. Beat well. Add flour and rest of ingredients. Beat about 2 minutes. Spread in pan. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes.
