MARY'S MINESTRONI SOUP 
1 lb. R.B. Rices Italian Sausage
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 sm. fresh zucchini (optional) - slice 1 inch thick then quarter
1 can Franco American spaghetti
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage - crumbled - and drain fat. Add soup and water. Stir in vegetables and squash. Add spices. Cook until well heated. Add canned spaghetti and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
