5 reg. size biscuits 4 eggs 1 stick butter 3 c. milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Nutmeg to taste Break biscuits into small pieces in bowl. Add 2 cups milk and let soak about 30 minutes. In blender blend together soaked biscuits, 1 cup milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Melt butter in bottom of 9x13x2 inch dish. Pour in bread mixture and bake at 350 degrees until firm and brown, approximately 45 minutes. Test with silver knife, when inserted, knife should come out clean. |
