CRAB PUFFS 
1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat or 7 oz. fresh crab meat
1 sm. pkg. English muffins

Mix together the butter, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and garlic salt. Add crab meat. Spread mixture on English muffins (cut each half muffin into quarters - 8 pieces per muffin).

Place cookie sheet, freeze for at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, broil until golden brown.

May be frozen for up to 1 month before broiling.
